In 2009, a 14-minute music video that has been entered into the National Film Registry of the Library of Congress because of their culture and history. Jackson had given the jacket to the costume designers Michael Bush and Dennis Tompkins.
Reported by the Telegraph on Wednesday (06/15/2011), Tompkins and Bush has decided to auction the jacket at the Auction House in Beverly Hills Julien. The event is part of the Rock Icons, held on June 25 to 25 next.
Jackets legendary singer of 'Heal The World' was predicted to be worth around 123 thousand 246 thousand pounds. "This jacket is a highly sought after item, and should be sold at high prices," said Executive Director of Julien's Auction House, Martin Nolan.
Relics of another Jacko ever auctioned include his trademark white hands a nest, and a wig. Some profits from the auction will be given to the Shambala Preserve, home to the tiger who lived at Jackson's Neverland ranch.
